Returns
We have carefully curated our collection of stock to ensure that we only offer high quality products. We have the greatest confidence in all our products and believe that you will be delighted with your purchase. On the off chance you aren't totally satisfied you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods (signed for by yourself or a third party).

Please include the following details: order number, reason for return and photo if the product is damaged.
When returning goods to us the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the cost of return postage, this cost is non-refundable. Please make sure the goods have been sent back in the original packaging and you have chosen an appropriate courier service with the goods being insured for the full retail price that you paid at the time of purchase. We cannot accept liability for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We strongly recommend that you open and check all items thoroughly as soon as you have received them. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item you must inform us within 2 days of the day you received your delivery (signed for by yourself or a third party) to allow our customer service team to best assist you.

To be eligible for free return shipping you must report the damage or faulty product to us within 2 days of your order being received (signed for by yourself or a third party).

Refunds
To be eligible for a full refund the items you are returning must be in the same condition they were in when you received them, unused and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods being received and checked by us and the refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
