Delivery & Shipping Information
We know how important it is to receive your order quickly and securely, so we work with trusted courier services to get your items to you as efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery options, costs, and timeframes.
Where We Deliver
📍 We currently deliver to the United Kingdom mainland only.
This means we do not deliver to:
• Northern Ireland
• The Isle of Scilly
• The Scottish Highlands
• The Isle of Man
• The Channel Islands
• Or any other offshore or remote UK territories
❌ Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you’re unsure whether your postcode is eligible for delivery, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to check for you. If an order is placed to an excluded area, you will be contacted by email and issued a full refund, as we are unable to fulfil deliveries to those locations.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received.
Please note:

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way, including tracking details where available.

Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Saturday).

Please allow up to 10 - 15 working days from the date of the order for the sign to be custom made and dispatched.
🚚 Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow its journey to you.
Please note that all delivery timeframes provided are estimates. While we aim to meet these times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Checking Your Delivery Status
🔍 You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Important Information
✅ Ensure Your Address is Correct – Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to resend it.
✅ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels – If your order hasn’t arrived:

Check your tracking details to confirm the courier has marked it as delivered.

Check with household members, neighbors, or reception areas in case the parcel was accepted on your behalf.

If your parcel is confirmed as lost or stolen, you must report it to the courier. We will assist with claims where possible, but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen items.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
✅ Missed Deliveries – If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
Click & Collect Available!
Prefer to pick up your order? We also offer a Click & Collect service at our store! Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Learn more on our Click & Collect page.
Online Exclusives & Supplier-Shipped Items
Some of our products are marked as Online Exclusives—this means they are shipped directly from our supplier and are not held in stock at our physical store.
Important things to note:

These items may take a little longer to arrive

If your order includes both in-stock items and online exclusives, you may receive multiple parcels

Each parcel will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you once dispatch is confirmed
Out of Stock Items
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, there may be instances where a product you ordered is temporarily out of stock. In such cases:

We will notify you via email as soon as we become aware of the stock issue.

You will have the option to:

Wait for the product to be back in stock.

Choose an alternative product of equal value.

Receive a refund for the out of stock product.

Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
