Click & Collect in 3 simple steps

 

1 - Place your online order

Add your selected items to the shopping cart and select click & collect at checkout. Pay for your order by debit/credit card or with interest free instalments with Clearpay or Klarna.

 

2 - Order confirmation 

Wait for your order confirmation email. This will be sent to you once all of the goods in your order have been processed and are ready for you to collect.

 

3 - Collect your order from store

Take a trip to our Bude store to collect your order at a time convenient to you. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email or order number with you when collecting your order from the store.

 

How long until my order is ready for collection? 

 

All items shown on our website are available for click & collect. We aim to have all orders available within 3 business days.

 

Same day click & collect is available on selected items. Please check the click & collect details on the product page to see waiting times. 

 

Uncollected orders

 

Click & Collect orders will be kept in store for 14 days. If you fail to collect your order within this time the goods will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued using the original payment method. You will be charged a 10% handling and process fee for uncollected orders.
